We Moonstones love to celebrate the Midsummer Solstice. It is our whimsical night of fairies and treats.... The children make fairie houses and in the morning the fairies have left them little earthly treats.
Fred, Bella and I went for a nature walk just now, just a simple walk five blocks down the street and back around...nothing of note was growing wild (except some wild morning glories that we lifted out of a crack in a driveway of a vacant house...HOPEFULLY they will take root and grow up and around our big tree...) but when we got home, there was a LOVELY bundle of beautiful bits to create with....I figure we will do this several more times, before the official midsummer revels, next Wednesday night <3
